Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Stina Rae Custom Creations! We are committed to providing you with a smooth and transparent shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy below.

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [3-5] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Note: Order processing times may be slightly delayed if ordering customized items or during high volume periods (such as holidays or sales).

 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier delays.

 

3. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping outside of the United States.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email. Orders that are shipped as a package will have a tracking number and link to track your package in the email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update. Orders shipped as First Class Mail will not have a tracking number available. If you would like to know when you are going to be receiving your item(s) you can sign up for Informed Delivery through USPS by clicking here.

 

5. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that all shipping information is correct before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses or fees that may be incurred. If your package is returned as undeliverable you will be responsible for any shipping costs to the corrected address. 

If you realize there is an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at StinaRaeCustomCreations@gmail.com. If your order has not been processed yet we will be able update it.

 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but is missing, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to your neighbors as sometimes items end up being delivered to the wrong location. We are not responsible for packages once they are marked as delivered.
